Dilly Cucumber Salad
4 cups sliced cucumbers
3/4 cup sour cream
1 T vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp each dill, garlic powder and salt1/4 tsp each pepper and white vinegar
- Place cucumbers in a large bowl.
- Place remaining ingredients in a bowl or canning jar and mix. Add to the cucumbers and toss to coat. (Go ahead and use those clean hands of yours for this).
- Cover and refrigerate until chilled through. (At least 1 hour). Mix again before serving cold.
