KC's Brisket Feast - Wordless Wednesday

My brother K.C. spent the whole day preparing this feast for us.  He got up at 4:30 in the morning to put the brisket on the grill to smoke.  Everyone was very happy and very full when the night was over!

He also made up a recipe for jalepeno popper wontons.  I need to get it from him.  Matt and I couldn't quit eating them!

  1. That was the day it really dawned on me what a foodie family we are. 4:30AM to on his day off just to make this special meal. Even Matt knew it was going to be good. He took time away from his big project so he wouldn't miss out. It was worth it.

    1. We do have a lot of fun! My brother (the one who made this dinner) likes to tease my dad that he makes stuffed jalapenos every weekend during the summer and fall. So, it is really funny that he decided to make these. They were a hit, that is for sure! I will have to pester him about the recipe!
