Hot Chocolate Gift Basket #HolidayFun

Wasn't hot chocolate week the best?  I really hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.  Though Jax might have enjoyed it more than anyone!  He is starting to think hot chocolate and marshmallows are just part of everyday life.  Poor kid, this blog is going to have him so confused!  He thinks we should take pictures of all of our food and he thinks having snowman and reindeer marshmallows is just normal.

Anyway, all of the hot chocolate fun we have been having would make a perfect gift!  You could make a giant hot chocolate gift basket like I did.  It is filled with Rudolph marshmallows, a jar of homemade hot chocolate mix decorated to look like Rudolph, jumbo marshmallows that are decorated as snowmen, a jar of homemade white hot chocolate mix dressed as a snowman and even homemade honey cinnamon marshmallows!  The basket is sure to make winter a little more bearable for the recipient!

You can also do very cute single serve bags for quick gifts for neighbors or large groups.  It is sure to bring a smile to everyone's face.

As we know by now, winter is not my favorite season.  Hot chocolate week did make it more tolerable.  The other redeeming quality is that the cold weather is a perfect excuse to stay inside all day and fire up the oven.  Some of my favorite bloggers and I have been busy making some tasty treats for you all.  (Don't mind that neither of mine actually involve an oven!)  You will be very happy and your tummy will be full after you make one of each!  Please be sure to check out everyone's winter favorites!

  1. Hot chocolate week hasn't ended for me. I plan to make Pops and his office staff and spouses hot chocolate ice cream for the Christmas dinner Thursday. That should be good.
