Vanilla Ice Cream
makes 2 quarts
6 pasteurized eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 pint whipping cream
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar well with a wire whisk. Add the whipping cream, condensed milk and vanilla. Stir well to blend.
- Pour into a 2 quart ice cream freezer and add milk up to the fill line. Freeze according to the directions on your ice cream freezer and enjoy!
Note: 2 cups of fresh sweetened fruit may be added before freezing.
