Easy Family Meal Plan Week 32

This week's menu is a fun one! We have 4 great dinner recipes, a fun breakfast and a delicious no bake dessert!

Woop, woop! It's the weekend!  I know I say this a lot, but this is going to be a fun one. We are visiting the zoo and watching my brother-in-law race on his bicycle.  We did both for this same event last year and had a blast.  This year should be even more fun.  Little dude being a year older means we can look forward to it more and I think he will appreciate it even more! I am sure I will tell you all about it as the week rolls on.

If you have never been to a bike race before, they are really quite fun! Little Dude had the best time helping his uncle warm up and get ready for the race.  He got to help him shift gears while he was warming up his legs.  I put together a quick little montage of the pictures and video I had on my phone, you are welcome to take a peek if you'd like!

But I know you really came for the menu and I don't want to disappoint you!  This week we have a fun breakfast recipe, four great dinners and a dessert that is a great way to enjoy what is left of summer.  The kids here went back to school this week, so I am sure lives got that little bit more hectic for a lot of families.  Have they gone back to school where you are yet?

Let's start off with breakfast! This Overnight Creme Brulee French Toast from Recipe Treasures looks and sounds amazing to me!

This Baked Beef and Mushroom Rotini from New South Charm will definitely be a hit at our house.  I know mushrooms are one of those things people seem lot love or hate, but we are all lovers here!

By midweek I am sure we will be ready for quick and easy.  This Quick Salsa Soup from Jonesin' for Taste is sure to do the trick!

I love this combination, so I am glad it is on the menu! This Corn Chip and Chili Bowl from Joyful Homemaking will be a fun dinner!

It is that time of year where we are both savoring the last bits of summer and looking forward to fall.  This Vegetable Lasagna with Pumpkin Sauce from Tastefully Eclectic looks like the perfect way to bridge the gap!

Last but not least, you know I love this Orange Creamsicle No Bake Cheesecake.  I created the recipe a few years ago and it became and instant favorite.  I am glad the pictures are updated and now there's a video too! It is actually pretty easy to put together and has such a fun flavor!
