My sister Kristie makes some really good buffalo chicken dip. It is always a big hit. Last time she brought it over, she was kind of hoping to have some leftovers to bring home. Her hopes were dashed... the dish was licked clean!
We all like things spicy, so Kristie cooks her chicken with hot sauce and extra peppers to kick it up a notch. It really adds to the flavor. This stuff is so good! Sorry I don't have better pictures, it was eaten too fast.
We love eating this dip with tortilla chip or pita chips. It is also great with big corn chips. There is just something about warm gooey dip with a crunchy chip that keeps you coming back for more!
If you aren't in the mood for a dip, but still want the buffalo chicken flavor we also recommend buffalo chicken taquitos or buffalo chicken lasagna!
