Easy Family Meal Plan Week 13

So here's a funny story.  I was going through some meal plan posts to add a little behind the scenes blog mumbo jumbo when I realized I had two week 10 meal plans! I used the same number two weeks in a row.  I was really tempted to change one to week 9.5 or something, but that would mean having to redo images and they are already shared all over social media the way they were. So it is what it is and now there are two week tens for all of time!  I suppose it doesn't really matter what the week number is anyway, as long as everyone gets fed!  This week's menu includes a lot of my favorite things, so I am ready to get cooking!

We'll kick this week off with this delicious looking Western Omelette Frittata from New South Charm.  I love doing breakfast for dinner.  The fact that she made it in a cast iron skillet only makes me want it more.  This is a must make!

If there is something I love more than breakfast for dinner, it is nachos.  I love love love nachos and I almost never make them.  These Chicken Nachos from Joyful Homemaking make me want to dive through the screen. Don't worry, it's all on my grocery list already!

Since we are working through my favorite foods, you know there needs to be some pulled pork.  This Slow Cooker Garlic Balsamic Pulled Pork from Jonesin' for Taste looks great on that bed of rice.

I know I've already waxed poetic a time or two about lasagna. But I love this idea of making a little one for everyone. These Tuscan Inspired Lasagnas in Ramekins from A Day in Candiland are sure to be a hit with my crew!

Beans and sausages are like peanut butter and jelly to me.  So, this looks like a hearty dinner perfect after a gray drizzle filled day like we have been having.  This Baked Beans and Sausage Stew from Budget Girl is sure to fill you up!

Lastly with spring finally here and Easter around the corner, I am making eyes with all of the ham and peas.  This Simple Pasta with Ham, Peas and Cream is the perfect way to have something filling, comforting but not too heavy.  It was super popular with my family and I am sure they won't mind having it again!

Did I already say lastly? Without dessert? I think not!  This Sunflower Twinkie Cake from Recipe Treasures is so cute and looks like decorating even I could pull off! Yum!
