Easy Family Meal Plan Week 23

This easy family meal plan has it all! 6 delicious dinner recipes including burgers, slow cooker meals, sandwiches and more and a chocolate peanut butter treat for making it through!

We made it through another week.  I don't know about where you are, but the temperatures are really starting to heat up here.  This week is forecast to be in the 90s (F) most of the week.  I have a lot going on at work this week and I need to get geared up for my sister's baby shower.  Then next week we are celebrating dairy month on the blog.  Some blog friends and I are going all out.  I have some fun things planned and I hope I can pull them off like I have envisioned them! So thank goodness for meal plans.  This menu is going to be yummy and at least we have that much planned!

We'll start the week off with this fun Apple Feta Quesadilla from Jonesin' for Taste.  We love quesadillas, but I have never tried this combo.  What a fun dinner!

Tuesday is going to be a full day at work, so I will be glad to come home to this Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Barbeque Chicken from New South Charm.

These Hamburger Surprises have delighted at least 5 generations of my family.  They are perfect for wowing guests or filling up after a hard day.  Light up the grill and watch them smile!

You know I have the one pot pasta bug now.  So this Easy One Pot Penne from Tastefully Eclectic is calling my name!

Sometimes on a hot day, a simple sandwich is a perfect dinner.  This Pesto and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken Salad looks like just the thing!

And to celebrate making it through another hectic week, we'll make some Dark Chocolate Cupcakes With Peanut Butter Frosting from A Day in Candiland.  You know I can't wait for these!

  1. What a yummy weeks worth of recipes!

  2. Oh yum Carlee! Would you believe I've only made stuffed shells once? I have made stuffed Manicotti a bunch of times but that's just a big tube to stuff, lol! I am going to have to remedy that - and peanut butter frosting? Yum!

    1. It seems like shells would be easier to do than Manicotti. I love baked pasta, so I am really not sure what I'm waiting on! And I am almost scared to make the peanut butter frosting, that sounds so addictive (and wonderful!)

  3. I am so glad to have a menu plan for the week! It really takes a load off my mind! Best of luck with the 90 degree temperature. So where I think we missed Spring?

    1. We actually had a few spring days sprinkled in there, sometimes it feels like we move straight from the freezer to the oven and back again. That being said, the sauna that is this week (we have high humidity here too) is not going to be fun at all!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and comment. I love reading your ideas!
