Witches' Broomsticks Cheese Snacks and Other Simple Halloween Treats

Super simple and super cute ideas to make Halloween a little spooooookier without taking much time. These quick and easy ideas and recipes are perfect for when you are in a hurry!

Holiday food can be so super cute. But honestly, sometimes our best intentions and actual amount of free time can't make those Pinterest beauties come to life. So here are some cute and fun Halloween ideas that will only take a few minutes to make.

I am a sucker for cute holiday food of any type. Halloween is no different. There are so many fun ideas from spiders and bats to ghosts and goblins.

There are super fun cakes and twisted gut savory tablescapes. I love them as much as the next person.

Of course I even have a few of my own. The ghosts in the graveyard trifle, shrimp on the brains cracker spread and jack-o-lantern cookies are all hits that I have made over and over.

While none of those are hard, they do require a little bit of time and a few ingredients. )They are totally worth the effort if you are tempted! 👻)

But those aren't the kind of recipes I am sharing with you today. Today we're focusing on last minute and super quick kind of ideas that are still super festive.

These ideas are perfect for those last minute, no time to spare but I still want a festive Halloween treat moments.

We've all been there.

I find myself in these spots frequently. I have already made festive Halloween treats this year. As a blogger I sometimes make them months in advance.

So when the actual holiday rolls around, I sometimes find myself unprepared.  It's even worse if the holiday is during the week.

Super simple 3 ingredient witches' broomsticks are perfect for a Halloween snack or floating in your bowl of soup!

I don't want Little Dude to miss out on any holiday fun, so I have compiled a list of super simple ways to celebrate Halloween.

Super Simple Witches Broomsticks:

I almost always make a big pot of soup for Halloween night. It is a quick and warming dinner before a chilly night of trick-or-treating. We normally have a small bowl before we head out and then we can have a little more if we need to warm up and fill up when we get home.

These cute little witches' broomsticks are a cute way to dress up your soup for Halloween. They would also be a fun lunchbox or after school snack to get the kiddos in the mood without giving them more sugar!

Simple and Spooky Halloween Ideas:

Don't tell your mummy, but these mummified white chocolate truffles from The Red Head Baker can be made super simple. Of course, making truffles isn't particularly hard, but you could buy a bag of white truffles and decorate them quickly for a 10 minute treat!

While we are talking simple mummies, these mummy juice boxes from Family Around the Table would be a fun way to haunt lunchboxes or classroom parties!

Maybe you prefer your mummies savory. Then these mummy cheese breads from West Via Midwest are for you. They would make a perfect quick dinner before a night of collecting candy.

Dipped pretzels are always a hit with my family. My husband and dad both go especially nuts over them. I love these sweet and spooky versions from the Monday Box. Which would you make first?

While we are on the subject of chocolate and pretzels, how about these chocolate pretzel spiders from Caroline's Cooking? They may catch you in their web of deliciousness!

What do you do when your hot chocolate is looking back at you? Drink it of course! Amy's Cooking Adventures sure hit simple, cute and spooky on the head here!

These spooky ghost pizza bites are fun for the kiddos to help make and I could imagine them being fun for a lunch box as well. I am sure the kiddos would shriek with delight!

Can you believe these witches fingers from My Recipe Treasures are actually no bake and simple to make? Me either but I can't wait to give them a try!

These English muffin mummies are quick and easy too. You can make them with peanut butter, jelly, apple butter, pumpkin butter or any spread you'd like. Some blueberry eyes and honey cream cheese bring it all together in a spooky package!
