Holiday food can be so super cute. But honestly, sometimes our best intentions and actual amount of free time can’t make those Pinterest beauties come to life. So here are some cute and fun Halloween ideas that will only take a few minutes to make.

I am a sucker for cute holiday food of any type. Halloween is no different. There are so many fun ideas from spiders and bats to ghosts and goblins.

Collage of Halloween inspired treats.

There are super fun cakes and twisted gut savory tablescapes. I love them as much as the next person.

Of course I even have a few of my own. The ghosts in the graveyard trifle, shrimp on the brains cracker spread and jack-o-lantern cookies are all hits that I have made over and over.

While none of those are hard, they do require a little bit of time and a few ingredients. )They are totally worth the effort if you are tempted! 👻)

But those aren’t the kind of recipes I am sharing with you today. Today we’re focusing on last minute and super quick kind of ideas that are still super festive.

These ideas are perfect for those last minute, no time to spare but I still want a festive Halloween treat moments.

We’ve all been there.

I find myself in these spots frequently. I have already made festive Halloween treats this year. As a blogger I sometimes make them months in advance.

So when the actual holiday rolls around, I sometimes find myself unprepared.  It’s even worse if the holiday is during the week.

I don’t want Little Dude to miss out on any holiday fun, so I have compiled a list of super simple ways to celebrate Halloween.

Super Simple Witches Broomsticks:

I almost always make a big pot of soup for Halloween night. It is a quick and warming dinner before a chilly night of trick-or-treating.

We normally have a small bowl before we head out and then we can have a little more if we need to warm up and fill up when we get home.

These cute little witches’ broomsticks are a cute way to dress up your soup for Halloween. They would also be a fun lunchbox or after school snack to get the kiddos in the mood without giving them more sugar!

I am having an adult Halloween party - heck Halloween is my birthday and no matter how old I am it is the best day of the year for a bday! And adults or not, I cannot wait to make several of your ‘kids’ treats to add to my table. I think they will just be perfect when they are interlaced with the full skeleton body in the middle of the table! Won’t those bloody finger tips be perfect looking like they came off my skeleton or even better, possibly looking like spoons in cups of trifle! Ok I’m off to shop to get some ingredients I need for ‘scary’ treats!

So fun! My husband's birthday is close to Halloween and it's his favorite holiday too, so we've had plenty of adult Halloween parties too.
