This post is sponsored in conjunction with #SummerDessertWeek. I received samples for recipe testing. As always all opinions are honest and 100% my own.

Two super fun dessert ideas collide into one out of this world treat! This cookie dough dip is loaded with sprinkles and white chocolate chips. It looks like a party and tastes out of this world. It is safe to eat without being baked and is perfect with so many dippers. Serve this up at your next party and it is sure to disappear before your eyes!
I know I'm not the only one who thinks some cookie dough is even better than the cookies themselves. But we also know we aren't supposed to eat the dough.
Both raw eggs and raw flour share a risk of potential pathogens that could cause discomfort later. Honestly, it's a risk I'm willing to take most of the time.

It does prevent me from plunking a bowl of cookie dough down on the table at a party though. As much as people might enjoy the invitation to dig in, I couldn't bring myself to do it.
This cookie dough dip solves that problem though. There are no eggs or flour involved, so it's perfectly acceptable to enjoy as is!
My family has an affinity for cookie cakes. My youngest sister has always enjoyed them and my sister-in-law is a sucker for them too.
In fact I made my sister a layered cookie cake for her birthday last year. I also made my sister in law a sprinkle filled birthday cookie cake.

Both were loaded with sprinkles and white chips. So I thought it would be fun to do a twist on those for this cookie dough dip.
The base is cream cheese and butter, so it is super creamy. The tang of the cream cheese also helps to keep it from being to sweet.
I stirred in some Dixie Crystals brown sugar to give it that cookie dough flavor and some powdered sugar to bring it together. From there, you could really stir in just about anything you'd like.

I opted for white baking chips and a ton of sprinkles because I was serving it at my grandma's birthday party and I wanted it to scream celebration! Save a few chips and sprinkles to put on top.
It's always fun to get a sneak preview of what's in the dip, plus it makes it more colorful. These cute sprinkles from Sweets & Treats were darling.
They have cute sprinkles for every occasion. They also have spoons, paper straws, cupcake liners, treat bags and more. I happen to be an affiliate, so I get a little something if you order from my links.

The dippers you could use are as diverse as the sprinkles. I dipped some animal crackers and graham crackers in chocolate and added more sprinkles for super festive sprinkles.
I also had strawberries and golden Oreos as dipper options. They were all fabulous.
Unfortunately I forgot that I had picked up some pretzels to use as well. Luckily there was a little dip left over, so I was able to try it with them.

The crunch and salt of the pretzels was perfect! I think the pretzels and halved strawberries with some dip spread on were my favorite combinations. However, they were all good!
If you like the idea of cookie dough dip, you'll have to check out my monster cookie dough dip or peanut butter and jelly dip as well. We've served it at several parties and people go nuts over it every time! Or give pretty peanut butter cookie dough bars a try.
