Welcome to #AppleWeek 2019!

Celebrate the start of apple season with a TON of delicious apple recipes and great prizes as well.  Let the AppleWeek fun begin!

This post is sponsored in conjunction with #AppleWeek . The sponsors are providing prize packages for readers to read and product for development of #AppleWeek recipes. All opinions are mine alone.

I look forward to the start of apple season each year. I love all the great recipes, the cozy transition to fall flavors and and the crisp sweetness of the fruit itself.  I also look forward to the start of appleweek each year.

This year is no exception.  Due to a lot going on at work, Little Dude's starting school and my husband's business taking big steps forward right now, I decided organizing the event would be too much this year.

But after watching the apple festivities grow year after year, I just couldn't walk away completely.  Luckily my friend Camilla from Culinary Adventures with Camilla agreed to take the reigns and as expected, she has done a wonderful job.

So be sure to come back every day this week to enjoy the fabulous recipes. There will be something for everyone with drinks, mains and plenty of treats.

That is one of the best things about apples, they are so versatile. You can almost never run out of things to do with them.

They are at home on the table for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. They can be sweet or savory, crunchy or sippable and everything in between!

AppleWeek goodness from years past

This is the 4th edition of apple week.  Each year it has grown and changed in ways that we never would have expected the year before.

If you can't get enough apple recipes, be sure to check out the hundreds of great recipes and ideas that have been shared before.

  • AppleWeek 2016  the first year we had themed days which was a lot of fun. One day was all drinks and appetizers, one for savory recipes, another for sweet and even some fun apple projects thrown in.
  • AppleWeek 2017 was our first year working with sponsors and having prizes to giveaway to readers.  We had 29 bloggers participate and over 100 recipes!
  • AppleWeek 2018 was even bigger and better. We had 40 bloggers and over 200 recipes.  If you can't find something fun to make in that list, you definitely aren't trying hard enough!
