Dessert dips are such a great way to end a party. You can get a little something sweet without it being too much.

This lemon cheesecake version is bright and delicious. Plus the texture is so silky there’s the perfect amount of zing. It’s so good!

Can you believe this fabulous dip is made with only two ingredients? It’s true!

Just lemon curd and cream cheese is all you need. Of course I made my lemon curd, so that adds a few extra ingredients, but you are welcome to pick some up at the store.

My favorite lemon curd recipe only takes four ingredients though, and it’s made quick and easy in the microwave.  So it’s super simple either way.

One of the best parts about this dip is the super silky texture. It’s like part moose, part luscious lemon cloud.

The key to getting that super smooth texture lies with getting the cream cheese right. Make sure it is softened before you start.

Then beat it well to get all of the lumps out. Scrape the sides of the bowl and the beaters a couple of times to make sure no chunks are hiding anywhere.

Once you are sure the cream cheese is smooth, add a few Tablespoons of lemon curd and beat it in. Add a couple more and mix again.

After the mixture is well mixed, you can add the remaining lemon curd and beat well. It’s easy as can be!

You could eat it right away if you’d like, or cover and refrigerate until it’s time to serve it. It sets up just a bit after a couple of hours in the refrigerator.

Storage

Keep the dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay good for about 7 days, so you can enjoy it for snacks all week!

Fun sprinkles dress up just about any dessert and this is no exception. I used a cute pink and white mix for instant pizzazz.

Then all you need is dippers. We used vanilla wafers and animal crackers this time.

Vanilla or lemon sandwich cookies, graham crackers or strawberries would be great options as well. Really you can let your imagination go wild and let me know your favorites!
