Whether you make this sheet pan recipe for a delicious start to a weekend morning for a fun breakfast for dinner, it is going to quickly become a favorite.  The bacon, eggs and hash browns all cook together, making it super simple.

There are very few active steps, so you can enjoy the morning with your guests or get yourself ready while it bakes.  When the timer goes off, it will be time to sit down to a tasty and filling meal!

Bacon and eggs are a classic breakfast combination for good reason. They are absolutely delicious!

Of course it is also a wonderful way to get your morning started off with a great kick of protein.  And it is a great way to keep your belly feeling satisfied until lunch.

Cook Everything At Once

Making everything on a sheet pan has several advantages.  The first is that there is only one pan to clean when it’s all said and done.

It also makes it super simple.  You can make six eggs, a whole package of bacon and a pile of hash browns without having to keep an eye on several big skillets at once.

There is no splattering, no flipping, no splitting your attention between three things at once.  It is just a matter of doing a step, sliding the pan in the oven and setting the timer. Easy peasy!

While that is all super helpful, the best part about the whole thing is that bacon flavor gets to permeate throughout the whole dish.  The bacon cooks on top of the hash browns and with the eggs, so you get maximum bacon flavor in every bite.

In my family maximum bacon flavor is what we are after.  I am sure you can relate!

What do you serve with sheet pan hash browns bacon and eggs?

All you need to round out this meal is a little bit of fruit or a vegetable. For breakfast we like serving this with some mixed fruit, whatever is in season. For dinner you can serve it with a green salad for a hearty meal.
